Meritus Health Partners and Meritus Mutual Health Partners were placed into receivership by the Maricopa County Superior Court on August 10, 2016. Leslie Hess, Interim Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance, has been appointed as Receiver by the Court.
All required premiums, deductibles, co-payments and co-insurance payments must be paid in full. Once your coverage terminated, you became fully responsible for the cost of health services that you received after the termination date.
How can I submit claims against Meritus?
All claims against Meritus must be submitted in accordance with a statutory proof of claim process. Additional information on the proof of claims and the claims bar deadline will be made available by the Receiver in the future.
